❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom Jewelry: Made to order items
  • Personalized Items: Engraved or customized pieces
  • Sale Items: Marked as final sale
  • Worn Items: Items showing signs of wear
  • Damaged Items: Items damaged by customer

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number

Step 2: Package the item securely in its original packaging

Step 3: Include the RA number and return form

Step 4: Ship to our returns center using a trackable method

2. Obtain Return Authorization

  • Receive RA number and return instructions
  • Download and print return form

3. Package and Ship

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include RA number on the outside of package
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your shipping receipt

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, but you can specify your desired replacement item when contacting customer service.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions for your country.
